These general conditions of sale apply to any consultation or order placed on the website www.m4modelcars.it addresses and derivatives (hereinafter "the Site") to M4 (with registered office in Via Toscana, 85 61122 Pesaro, Italy and intra-community VAT IT02498670419) for the purchase of goods to be delivered in Italy and in the rest of the world (hereinafter the "Products").
The order confirmation by the purchaser implies the acceptance without reservation of these general conditions of sale which supersede all previous versions or specifications generated by the purchaser, including the exchange of e-mails.

You can order our products directly from our website or at one of the following ways:

The order is automatically canceled if payment is not received within 10 working days.

Prices

Product prices

The prices of the items are those listed on our site and may include taxes or not depending on the country in which they are shipped.
On our products we apply two different price lists:

• An EU price list valid for all EU countries. All EU prices include taxes.

• a list valid for all non-EU countries outside the European Union. All prices are excluding taxes Outside EU.

For logistical reasons, the shop windows are available only for European Union countries.

Returns and substitutions

Until the items are in the original conditions in which they were shipped, as well as the relative packaging, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the package.

Once the parcel is received, the M4 undertakes to reimburse the value of the items or replace them.
